Our Wines
One Tree is a symbol of individuality, standing alone and making a statement of personality that is not influenced by others.
In keeping with the One Tree spirit and philosophy, our wines capture the essence of the land and flavour of each of the vineyard sites in Central Otago, Marlborough, Martinborough and Hawkes Bay, New Zealand.
Each premium vineyard is selected personally by Master of Wine Steve Smith for its unique qualities, and are noted for their intensity and vibrancy of fruit character. For that reason, One Tree wines wholly represent the environment from which they come from and this sense of individuality is reflected in each varietal – Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Merlot.
